What are usage fees?
Usage fees are the direct pass-through costs for emails, SMS, and telephony. We don't markup these costs. You pay exactly what it costs us.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. That said, our aim is to make the system so valuable to your business that turning it off isn't something you'd ever want to do.
